I Met My Ex-fiancé Who Dumped Me Because I ‘Wasn’t Good Enough’ – He Was on a Date & My Revenge Was Hard

Hi everyone, I’m Nikki, and I want to share a story about how sometimes karma just needs a little nudge.

It all started when I spotted my ex-fiancé, Mark, at a fancy restaurant with another woman. Five years ago, I was engaged to him, head over heels, until he suddenly ended things, claiming I “wasn’t good enough” after he landed a big promotion. It hurt deeply, and it took me a long time to move on.

Fast forward to now: I’m 35, thriving in my career, and I decided to treat myself to dinner. As I approached the restaurant, I saw Mark, looking smug, enjoying a meal with a stunning woman. I knew I had to seize this moment for some sweet revenge.

I approached the waiter and asked for his help in pulling off a prank. First, I sent over a bottle of expensive champagne with a note that read, “To Mark, who always settles for second best.” I watched with glee as his face turned bright red.

Then, I instructed the waiter to deliver an appetizer Mark was allergic to, with a note saying, “Just a reminder of what you can’t have.” I could see the irritation growing on his date’s face as Mark tried to explain himself.

For the final act, I called my friend Sarah to come play a part in my plan. When she arrived, she loudly greeted Mark, pretending to recognize him from a dating seminar and asking about his fiancée. His date was horrified, and Mark was left stammering. She stormed out, furious.

Feeling triumphant, I approached Mark and said, “Hi Mark, guess I wasn’t so ‘not good enough’ after all, huh?” I left the restaurant, heart racing and feeling lighter than I had in years.

A few days later, I learned from a mutual friend that Mark’s date had dumped him that night. Meanwhile, I’ve moved on and am happier than ever. Revenge can be deliciously satisfying, especially when served with a side of humiliation. Don’t you agree?
