Prime Minister David Cameron said, “I just thought how worrying that in Britain today children are having children,” after the tale of 13-year-old Alfie Patten went viral.
Alfie became the youngest father in British history even before he reached the legal age to purchase party poppers. Alfie’s life was wrecked beyond repair when it was eventually discovered that the real father was a different young man, only a little older than Alfie.
